Registration Migration services: Catholic Migration Services would like to welcome you to register for their free Citizenship Workshop on Oct. 19 at St. James Cathedral in downtown Brooklyn from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In order to attend, you must call 646-597-8797. A CMS employee will take some basic information to determine whether you are eligible to apply. In order to be eligible, you must: Be at least 18 years old, and have been in the United States for at least five years (three years if you are married to a U.S. citizen). Our immigration counselors and legal staff will be providing step by step assistance in each individual’s application process.

Exhibit: The Golden Boyz of New Brunswick will provide live backing for amateur straphangers-turned-rock stars in a karaoke night celebrating the Transit Museum’s newest exhibition, “Album Tracks: Subway Record Covers” from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Vocalists will belt it out amidst transit artifacts and pose for album covers inside vintage subway cars while vinyl classics spin on the Transit Museum’s platform level. Beer will be provided by the Brooklyn Brewery. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door, with $5 off for Transit Museum members.
