Brooklyn fashion designer Glenroy D’Marsh unveiled a quintessential spring collection to celebrate 10 years of stunning looks on the runway.

His red, black and white methodology was the backdrop for – D’Marsh Rouge, a fashion show recently held at the Kristin Hanson Studio in New York City, to honor the designer’s successful collections of style and elegance.

D’Marsh is like fine wine. He has matured with age, as was evident in this sophisticated presentation. His fabulous red-layered Carmeuse gown created with one black lace sleeve charmed the audience, while a black and red fitted floor-length sequin dress with a full back-out effect, sizzled under the lights.

The designer channeled Alexander McQueen’s theatrics and his love of pomp by having models gracefully descend a black staircase, before striking a pose at the bottom.

There is no doubt that anyone of these outfits could glam up a Hollywood red carpet. D’Marsh showed ‘Oscars’ worthiness.

From the flowing red gown trimmed with black at the waistline, to another red gown with a plunging neckline and oversized bow and jewel.

A bridal inspired white silk dress, topped with a striking fishnet headpiece added to the gorgeous pieces.

This is couture you can really wear, from the House of D’Marsh – a conglomerate of fine fashion, styling, runway coaching, and model management.

His book “D’Marsh Rouge” of fashion favorites, runway shows and fashion knowhow was launched with great fan fair.

The Manderville, Jamaica native attributes his success to keeping it real. He cuts from rich fabrics, and tailors with precision. His unrelenting passion to be on top in the fashion industry is seen in his work.

The past to present showcase of both women and men lines have chronicled the designer’s growth since he created his first outfit at age 13 in his homeland. “I love Valentino because he reminds me of myself,” said D’Marsh.

Next up is a one-stop-shop that would encompass his House of D’Marsh fashions and a runway school models camp.
