Due to adverse weather conditions The Coalition to Preserve Reggae Music (CPR) has rescheduled its Kwanzaa & Community Appreciation Event celebrating the spirit & principles of Kwanzaa to Jan. 6 at 3Ten Lounge, 310 Bowery, between East Houston & Bleecker streets in Manhattan, 7:00 p.m. – midnight.
