Join the community path for environmental education. This is a guided trail experience through the woodland forest. Specially-trained “Trail Ninja” volunteers provide information on trees, plants, wildlife, and seasonal changes. Topics vary each week. An ideal way to get acquainted with their trail system.

Mama and Baby Yoga will help you stretch, strengthen, and breathe while bonding with your baby and getting to know other new moms. Our classes offer a mix of strengthening and restorative movement for mamas as well as yoga poses done with your baby. You will feel centered, strong, energized, and at ease with your new baby. Bring a blanket for your baby, mats are provided.

A roaring good time is back at the Bronx Zoo! Take the biggest, most realistic dinosaur ride in America to see 40 life-size animatronic dinos. Learn about species such as T-Rex and Spinosaurus and connections between animals at the zoo and their prehistoric predecessors. Plus, visit the fossil dig area, take photos and more.

Forget what you think you know about the King of the Dinosaurs. This special exhibition explores the full tyrannosaur story with life-sized reconstructions at various life stages, real fossils and casts, large-scale video projections, hands-on interactives and an exhilarating virtual reality experience that lets visitors work in a group to assemble a T. rex skeleton.
