Mama and Baby Yoga will help you stretch, strengthen, and breathe while bonding with your baby and getting to know other new moms. Our classes offer a mix of strengthening and restorative movement for mamas as well as yoga poses done with your baby. You will feel centered, strong, energized, and at ease with your new baby.
