Courts opens second store in New York

Courts, the Caribbean’s largest furniture, electronics and appliances retailer has expanded its U.S. presence by opening its second U.S.-based retail property on Nov. 10, in Jamaica, Queens 89-56 165th St., Jamaica, New York.

This new location complements and build upon the existing patronage established in Flatbush Brooklyn, which opened in 2008.

Yesterday’s formal opening reception was for VIPs, diplomats and members of the media.

With further expansion into the U.S. market and the opening of the second U.S. property, Courts presents a prime opportunity to further build the brand within New York and throughout the United States, and establish Courts as the premier option for Caribbean nationals to furnish their homes in the U.S. and for their loved ones back home across the Caribbean.

Customers can purchase furniture in the U.S. and it will be delivered the next day from a store in their respective country.

Friday, Nov. 11: Store opens with weekend specials for customers, raffles, etc.

Saturday, Nov. 12: Block party/celebrity appearances

Sunday, Nov. 13: End of weekend offer.
