The Four Seasons Healthcare Solutions and the 69th Precint Community Council will be holding their Community Health Fair on Sunday, July 29 at 1555 Rockaway Parkway, Brooklyn, New York.
The health fair will include health screeings for blood pressure, sugar testing and body mass index, health education on diabetes, nutrition, anxiety, weight management and health services — nursing home, pharmacy, home health aids, homecare, nursing care, medical daycare, speech and woundcare.
During the event there will be rehabilitation demonstrations and Medicaid initiation.
Participants will be treated to live DJ music, face painting, balloon animals, food, giveaways and a raffle.
