Fashion designer, Glenroy Marsh departed from his usual brilliant hues, and instead chose an all-white D’Marsh Couture collection to wow his audience. The master couturier, known for excellent craftsmanship, was again on-point dressing up models in exquisite outfits.

The lobby area of the Row NYC Hotel in Times Square on Tuesday last, gave fans and fahionistas alike, a grand view and reason to applaud the collection that Marsh said was the hardest he has ever created.

From flirtatious cocktail dresses, to alluring floor-length gowns, and sprucely designed men’s shirts and jackets, paired with Kilts. All of the skillfully cut pieces were accentuated with headwear, to show-off the designer’s diversity and knack for finished creations.

Marsh worked his fingers off, with detailing, adding beads, pearls, and sequins, to complete the collection that he said was inspired by the graceful swan.

Models adorned in the 12 delightful outfits stood in a mannequin style formation to showcase the inspired white motif.

“As a designer, white could make you or break you. So I said it was time to create the white collection after seeing the swan during my trip to China. I love swans, and how elegant they are when they greet each other graceful in the water,” said the designer who worked long hours on detailing each piece to bring the element to creation.

The ready-to-wear collection is now available at En Blanc Couture NYC, 1190 Bedford Ave., Brooklyn, online (www.dmarshcouture.com) and on-demand orders (646-361-5087) info@houseofdmarsh.com.

He said the pieces are suited to all-white attire boat rides, weddings, cocktail parties, and all other occasions, and could also be ordered in a variety of colors.

D’Marsh’s line of bow ties, body cream and other accessories were also on display.

Glenroy Marsh, a Jamaica-born who has been designing in New York, and lighting up runways around the world with his beautiful creations for more that 15 years, had the full support of sponsors including T-Mobile, Royal Caribbean Bakery, Dream Castle Villa, and Lyndon Taylor, who served as emcee.
