Some great captaincy from David Warner leading from the front from almost all the IPL games for Sunrisers Hyderbad came down to the final against Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Sunrisers Hyderbad batted first and after an electrifying start from Captain David Warner and Shikhar Dhawan with a partnership of 63 this gave the boost for a good score.

Yuvraj Singh 38, Shikhar Dhawan 28 from 25 and the Australian Ben Cutting 39 from 15 balls with four sixes and three fours. Sunrisers scored 208 for 7 in their 20 overs.

A flying start for Royal Challengers Bangalore in 114 runs in 11 overs.

Captain Virat Kohli and Chris Gayle gave their team a great boost chasing 209 for victory, but after Kohli fell for 54 off 35 balls and Gayle for a swashbuckling 76 off 38 no other batsman took up the challenge after Abde Villers failed.

Some spectacular performances from Sunrisers bowlers did the job.

Ben Cutting after scoring 39 from 15 balls came back with the ball and picked up 2 for 35 from 4 overs. Mustafizur Rahman, the Bangladesh left hand pacer, picked up 16 wickets from 15 games and Bhuvneshwar Kumar 23 from 16 games.
