For one night only, it will be a Valentine’s weekend to remember as The Lady Of Soul & Grammy winning Artist Patti Labelle makes her long overdue return to Brooklyn alongside fellow R&B Grammy Award Winner Billy Ocean “A Love Need & Want You Concert” Sunday, Feb. 15, 2015 at the Brooklyn Academy Of Music (BAM).

Back by popular demand to the Tri-State area, the multitalented Patti Labelle makes her grand return to the landmark Brooklyn Academy of Music where she had two sold out performances on Valentine’s Weekend 2010. Beautiful does not even begin to describe the incomparable force known as Patti LaBelle. As time evolved, the soulful songbird’s name became synonymous with grace, style, elegance and class. Belting out classic rhythm and blues renditions, pop standards and spiritual sonnets has created the unique platform of versatility that Ms. Patti is revered for.

Treat your sweetheart, family or friend to a wonderful Valentine’s gift with the “Lady of Soul.” Come out and jump, dance and sing along to hits such as “If You Only Knew,” “Somebody Loves You Baby (You Know Who It Is),” “Lady Marmalade” and “On My Own.” This sultry soul diva knows a thing or two about romance.

Billy Ocean was the most popular British R&B singer-songwriter of the early to mid-1980s. After scoring his first four UK Top 20 successes, several years passed before he accumulated a series of transatlantic successes, including three U.S. number ones such as “Suddenly,” “Going Gets Tough” and “There Be Sad Songs.”

In 1985, Ocean won the Grammy Award for Best Male R&B Vocal Performance for his worldwide hit, “Caribbean Queen” and in 1987 was nominated for the Brit Award for Best British Male.
