It was a great weekend in Harlem celebrating “Harlem Day” on Saturday & Sunday, Aug. 20 & 21, giving everyone an opportunity to witness the best Kids-Park for pretending, playing singing, dancing and performing.
Many sponsors including Applebees, The Daily News and CHASE Bank presented the best that Harlem has to offer.
There were the oldies classic auto show and an international food court near 135th Street at St. Nicholas Ave.
The 2011 Harlem Week theme is to bring everybody together that was effected by 911 via the arts, food, music, performers and love.
Harlem Week is a month- long showcase of immense talent.
