The winner of the first prize will receive two round-trip tickets to Guyana on Caribbean Airways (restrictions apply), along with a complimentary weekend for two at the luxurious Princess Hotel, located in Providence, Guyana.

Two executive health examination comprehensive physical exams will go to the winner of the second prize, while the third prize winner will receive two gold memberships, each for three months, compliments of Paerdegat Athletic Club in Brooklyn.

The organization will also give away 50 healthy living cookbooks, and literature on related health topics such as nutrition, exercise and choosing the right doctor.
