Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Laparkan Group of Companies Glen Khan will speak at the Trade Forum of the 6th annual Jamaica/USA Chamber of Commerce Business Expo to be held later this month in south Florida.
The exposition, put on in conjunction with JAMPRO, will showcase goods and services as well as feature discussions on key trade issues between the United States and Jamaica. The Expo will be held May 20-21 at the Sheraton Hotel in Dania Beach, Florida.
Laparkan is a key logistics provider offering ocean and air cargo services to Jamaica from multiple destinations globally including the United States. The company has offices/warehouses in both Kingston and Montego Bay with more than 20 staff members.
Over the past 28 years, Khan has successfully piloted the diversified activities of the Laparkan Group of Companies with its range of services, which include ocean shipping, air cargo, manufacturing, retail trade, money transfer and travel.
Laparkan is also a sponsor of the Expo along with Fedex and Grace Foods, among others.
