DIRECTOR OF SECURITY

In this role, you will direct the Security Management program and manage the Security and Garage departments. You will also develop and implement policies, procedures and programs designed to maintain a secure environment, ensure that staff are educated in security work practices, and participate in JCAHO compliance and surveys. Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security in a health care facility.

A Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and/or related field and additional training in security enforcement, public relations and administration preferred. Must be familiar with the requirements of regulatory agencies regarding hospital safety and have good oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
